Erris Homes is a new build property developer operating within the North of England providing affordable homes for couples, young families and elderly people.Kuzu.Software developed a brand identity for Erris Homes so that they could communicate their corporate messaging effectively across a wide variety of mediums. Additional work consisted of a corporate website that features current and future developments with downloadable information on individual plots available for purchase.
In addition to the above, a range of printed marketing collateral was also created to help market and ultimately sell properties across all the Erris Homes developments. This included a 12 page glossy brochure that featured information about each development, local amenities relevant for potential property owners but also corporate information about Erris Homes and its mission, values and general ethos. The brochure was housed in a corporate folder that contained property specification sheets with detailed information on each plot house type and its fixtures and fittings. The folder could also be used for contractual information and related documentation which saved the Erris Homes money by not having to print unnecessary additions.
