NWAIP

The North West Area Inclusion Partnership (NWAIP) is a Leeds based organisation whose remit is to improve behaviour within schools and reduce exclusions. They do this by working in partnership with a number of stakeholders across the city and ultimately providing intervention where necessary to prevent students from coming out of mainstream education. In those cases where referrals are required, schools can access a secure online area to submit a referral request. This process consist of schools completing a series of questions that generate a case file report for the NWAIP who can then manage the request efficiently and assign the relevant intervention required.

Kuzu.Software received a brief to design, build and developed the administration software that achieves the above through a cloud based solution. Working closely with the NWAIP team, Kuzu.Software had a number of security and data protection issues to bear in mind when developing the software.

“It was essential that the NWAIP Pupil passport was accessible via multiple type of devices and browsers connected to the internet. The team at Kuzu were great advising us on how best to achieve our objectives. They are always at hand if we have any technical issues or schools need support when using the system.”
